The FBI Refused To Act On Pro-Abortion Protest Intel that threatened supreme court justice’s homes and families in 2022.

Protestors descended upon the homes of Supreme Court Justices Amy Coney Barrett, Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, John Roberts, and Brett Kavanaugh for months in 2022 after an opinion leaked that eventually overturned the landmark Roe v. Wade ruling, the Daily Signal reported on Tuesday.

Though the protestors remained in place for months, the FBI was fully aware of their intended actions just days after the original opinion leaked to the masses, the outlet noted. In documents obtained by the Daily Signal through a Freedom of Information Act request, the FBI listed acronyms of the offices that would look into a series of media articles where the upcoming protests were mentioned. One particular story came from the Daily Mail, with the headline “The left-wing firebrands backing protests at SCOTUS judges’ houses.” The FBI documents noted “WFO, BA and Multiple Field Offices” after this article, suggesting that the Washington and Baltimore Field Offices, as well as multiple others, should be looking into the information contained in the article.

Many of these stories included references to “Jane’s Revenge” who are allegedly responsible for more than 70 attacks on pro-life centers, according to the Gateway Pundit. But this wasn’t enough to push the FBI to offer protections for Supreme Court justices.

“What that FOIA revealed is that there is an FBI investigative interest in these stories. Why else would the FBI highlight them as being relevant to the Washington Field Office, the Baltimore Field Office, and multiple other field offices?” Senior investigative counsel of the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project Roman Jankowski, told the Daily Signal.

“Unfortunately, regardless of the theoretical investigative interest in [the] political violence of such groups as Ruth Sent Us or Jane’s Revenge, the FBI has demonstrated no interest in pursuing any investigate activity that targets any persons who are proponents for abortions,” Jankowski noted.
