The process would render eggs and sperm pointless, and is arguably one of the most dystopian creations in the history of humanity. Those involved in the study say their work would help people who’ve had trouble conceiving. But in reality, it renders our need to conceive children redundant to those who impose their power over us.

There is absolutely no law surrounding the creation, other than God’s, raising significant ethical concerns for the future of this type of work.
