Yavapai County Judge John Napper ruled in favor of Arizona Free Enterprise Club and Restoring Integrity and Trust in Elections in their lawsuit, which seeks to end the Arizona Secretary of State’s ability to end election procedures related to mail-in ballot signature verification, according the Gateway Pundit.

“The Court finds the Special Action states claim upon which relief can be granted. The Court finds the Plaintiffs have correctly defined registration record. The 2019 EPM creates a process that contradicts the plain language of A.R.S. §16-550(A). Therefore, this portion of the EPM and the instruction from the Secretary do ‘not have the force of law,” Napper wrote in his order.

What Does This Mean?

In issuing his ruling, Napper rejected a motion to dismiss from Secretary of State Adrian Fontes, who previously allowed potentially fraudulent ballots to enter the system and be used to sway elections illegally, the outlet continued.

The last two elections in Maricopa County featured hundreds of thousands of signatures that were “verified” in just a few seconds each, which is not enough time to accurately determine whether the vote is real or not.
