‘The Office’ Star Warned Us About Hollywood’s Anti-Christian Bias Months Ago

Star of “The Office” Rainn Wilson warned his followers about Hollywood’s anti-Christian biases back in March 2023.

As the industry responds so negatively to Angel’s Studio hit film “Sound of Freedom,” its hard to not look back at what Wilson wrote his 4.3 million followers in March. “I do think there is an anti-Christian bias in Hollywood. As soon as the David character in ‘The Last of Us’ started reading from the Bible I knew that he was going to be a horrific villain. Could there be a Bible-reading preacher on a show who is actually loving and kind?” he wrote, citing HBO’s hit apocalypse show (don’t worry, we’re not giving spoilers).

Anti-Christian biases have also been a featured storyline in shows like “Silicon Valley,” which suggested that the same hatred and bias exists in Big Tech. (LEARN MORE: ‘Jesus Revolution’ Is Based On A True Story, And It Looks Beautiful. Tell Us What You Think!)

“Frankly, I think it freaks people out,” he said. “I think that most of Hollywood — especially comedians in Hollywood — talking about God is the uncoolest thing you can ever possibly do,” Wilson continued in a later podcast, FaithWire reported.

Christian Artists Are The Future Mainstreamers
