PublicSq CEO Michael Seifert said in an open letter published Thursday that the company would help find new work for the 350 employees laid off by Bud Light in 2023.

“Bud Light parent company Anheuser-Busch announced yesterday that they are laying off 350 employees. Losing a job is never easy and it’s unfortunate their company decided to prioritize woke ideology over doing what was best for the brand. So we want to help. If any laid off Bud Light employee reaches out to @officialpsq or @RedBalloonWork, we will help you find a new job in our network of non-woke businesses,” Seifert wrote in the tweet accompanying the letter.

The layoffs come amid a boycott of the Bud Light brand after leadership decided to make Dylan Mulvaney, a transgender male who performs as a woman, the brand’s spokesperson.

RedBalloon, a recruiting firm who specialize in non-progressive organizations and job placements, echoed PublicSq’s tweet. “No one should lose their job because of woke ideologies or agendas, and so we want to help,” RedBalloon’s Communications Director Isaac Lopez told one outlet.
