Republican Ohio Sen. J.D. Vance took a shocking video Thursday from a creek near to where the Norfolk Southern train derailment occurred on Feb. 3. The video shows Vance poking at the bed of the creek, which immediately oozes chemicals into the water.

The Biden Administration has refused to send relief to the residents and business owners in East Palestine, Ohio, despite an enormous toxic chemical spill wrecking havoc throughout the region. The train was carrying vinyl chloride, hydrogen chloride, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, ethlyhexyl acrylate and isobutylene when it crashed right on the edge of the town.

All of these chemicals are incredibly harmful to humans, some being carcinogens. The spill has already started impacting the physical health of East Palestine residents, their pets, and local wildlife. Vance described “dead worms and dead fish” throughout the waterway. “This is disgusting,” he noted. You can watch the video here:

Vance has said that Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Michael Regan should drink the tap water near the site of the crash. He’s also issued a detailed statement on the catastrophe, dedicating himself to ensuring the entire thing is fully investigated in both the long and short term, and that all relevant authorities do not overstep and let residents go home despite limited testing.
