A report published Saturday by The Epoch Times detailed the various legislation and legal action taking place across the U.S. to protect parental rights from government overreach.

The report first focused on New Hampshire, where hundreds of people showed up in mid-April to support the proposal of parents rights legislation. The bill was supported by Republican state Sen. Dan Innis, who told the outlet that the rising support for parental rights comes in response to the transgender movement’s focus on targeting children.

“These bills are being labeled as anti-trans, but nothing could be further from the truth. Random people who aren’t related to the children they wish to harm (ie: teachers unions and some LGBTQ+ organizations), claim that parental rights bills are creating “dangerous situations” for children suffering from mental health disorders. Instead of tackling the root of these disorders, such as social media, these bad actors are instead attempting to remove the rights of parents to protect their children.

Pro-Parent Legislation Is Sweeping The Nation

The language in the bills largely focus on a parent’s right to access all school curriculum, include sex education and gender-related topics. Parents also seek to have a right to know what clubs their children enroll in, along with any other gender-related discussions within schools.
