Since the Biden Administration took office, more than 800,000 illegal immigrants have crossed the U.S. southern border with Mexico without set court-dates to validate their entry.

The Department of Homeland Security allowed almost 1 million people to walk freely into the country without a Notice to Appear (NTA) in a formal immigration court, according to a report published by Breitbart. Instead of guaranteeing the safety of American citizens from potential cartel members, drug dealers, and other violent offenders, many of those crossing the border illegally were given a Notice to Report (NTR).

An NTR is supposed to ensure that an illegal immigrant reports to an Immigration and Customs Enforcement office or Parole Plus Alternatives to Detention, and is part of standard practice for those caught entering the country illegally. “Since Joe Biden canceled the Remain in Mexico policy and ordered ICE not to enforce court-ordered deportations … we’ve seen 1.7 million illegal aliens deliberately admitted into this country and another 1.2 million known got-aways have entered while the Border Patrol has been overwhelmed changing diapers and taking names,” Republican California Rep. Tom McClintock said of the situation.

Recent poll found that 65% of Americans are opposed to Biden’s “catch and release” system for illegal immigrants.

Clearly the Biden Administration doesn’t care about the wants and needs of his constituents. During his term, illegal immigrants have crossed the U.S. southern border. The sole purpose of his position as President is to provide for and protect the American people he serves, but he and his Administration continue to put the needs of others first.
