“Most people we talk to, their first thoughts are, well what if [former President Donald Trump] is indicted on one, does that mean he can’t run [for president again in 2024]?” Bailey asked Graves in the short clip. His question comes as the former president faces case after case from various prosecutors across the country.

“Actually, he can run, technically,” Graves explained, but he noted that there is a big difference between the federal cases against Trump and the other state-level claims. But there is one major upside to all of these cases.
