Biden Says His Age Only Brings ‘Bit Of Wisdom,’ Despite Voters Saying He’s Too Old To Run For Second Term
President Joe Biden told a crowd in Philadelphia, Monday, that he’s definitely going to continue doing the work he’s already been doing for the country.
“Someone said, ‘You know, that Biden is getting old, man.’ I tell you what. The only thing that comes with age is a little bit of wisdom. I’ve been doing this longer than anybody, and guess what? I’m going to continue to do it with your help,” he started his remarks, according to The Epoch Times.
His comment comes just after a Wall Street Journal poll found a significant majority of voters think he is too old to lead the country in a second term as president.
Even Democrats Think He’s Too Old
Two-thirds of Democrats and three-quarters of all voters said Biden is just too old to run for president again. Despite the age difference between Biden and Trump being three years (Biden, 80; Trump, 77), only 47 percent of respondents felt the same way about Trump.
A majority of the concern over Biden is his inability to handle our current financial crisis, and his response to natural disasters. After the deadly Maui wildfires, he sent each family just $700.
