Addict Who Stole Guitar Accepts Jesus, Gets Baptized
In June 2023, “Let Us Worship” founder Sean Feucht revealed his guitar was stolen from his vehicle in downtown Spokane, Washington, according to Church Leaders.
A week later, the ’67 Ghallagher guitar was recovered from a pawn shop. One of Feucht’s friends managed to purchase it back, after it was sold by the thief who needed drug money. The discovery and recovery of the guitar was branded a “miracle” by Feucht.
A man called Zach confessed that he was the one who stole it, and asked for forgiveness while another friend of Feucht’s was doing street ministry. Feucht asked people to pray for Zach, and invited him to another event in Spokane.
Accepting Jesus
“The guy who stole my guitar just gave his life to Jesus,” Feucht wrote to his Instagram followers. “He’s getting baptized right now!” Zach surprised Feucht in front of a crowd of 7,000 people. “God writes the best stories!” Feucht proclaimed.
“[Zach] came on stage,” Feucht added, “I forgave him, we hugged, it’s all in the video [on social media] and then he said he wanted to give his life to Jesus. He wanted to be free from drug addiction. He wanted to surrender and so they led him to Jesus, and then he said he wanted to get baptized and so he was got baptized last night.”
