Urgent Prayer Requests
1. Fetal Heartbeat Bill
Both the House and Senate have passed a fetal heartbeat bill and trigger bill. It requires that doctors in residency training be notified in writing that they can opt-out of performing abortions. This sounds small but it has broad implications especially given the ethics regulations we expect from the new administration.
2. Prohibit Gender Modification
The 10th Amendment resolution has passed the Senate and out of the House Committee. This includes legislation prohibiting gender modification/mutilation. The Senate has passed the bill over to the House. Time is of the essence.
3. Unregulated Campaign Money
This important bill Prohibits unregulated campaign money. This is ripe for corruption from all sides. It has passed out of the House.
4. Antisemitism Commission
This key legislation will adopt the international definition of antisemitism for Texas and establish an Antisemitism Commission. It has passed the House but not the Senate.
