Southern Poverty Law Center Attorney Charge With Domestic Terrorism

Atlanta Police Department released the names of 23 individuals arrested and charged in early March by the agency in relation to a domestic terror attack against local law enforcement, the Federalist reported.

One of those arrested was named as Thomas Jurgens, who stands accused of “leaving a nearby music festival Sunday evening and heading to the construction site of the Atlanta Public Safety Training Center ‘to conduct a coordinated attack on construction equipment and police officers,” Fox News reported.

Those accused reportedly dressed in dark clothing and hurled Molotov cocktails, fireworks, large rocks, and bricks at Atlanta police officers. (READ OTHER STORIES: How To Understand The 2023 Banking Collapse In Just A Few Minutes)

The Southern Poverty Law Center was described by the Federalist as a “radical leftist legal group that regularly smears conservative organizations as ‘hate groups.'” SPLC however, does not list groups like Antifa on their site, despite their well-documented violence across the country.

In 2012, one individual attempted to carry out a mass killing at the Christian organization Family Research Council. When that individual was caught, they reportedly told the FBI that they found FRC’s address in SPLC’s website, labeled as “hate group.” FRC’s work is dedicated to supporting the true meaning of marriage.
