Sneak Peek At ‘Jesus Revolution’ Will Send Chills Down Your Spine

Fox News shared a sneak peek at the new film “Jesus Revolution,” which tells the true story of a 1960s and 1970s spiritual movement that brought people from all walks of life together under His word.

Starring Kelsey Grammer (“Frasier”) and Jonathan Roumie (“The Chosen”) the film hit theatres in February. Harvest Christian Fellowship Pastor Greg Laurie, whom the story is based upon, told Fox that the timing on the film couldn’t be more important.

“The timing on this is incredible. And I believe God’s hand has been on it since the beginning, because as we look as the despondency amongst young people as revealed recently by a CDC report, where one out of every three teenage girls contemplates suicide, to an outbreak of prayer and repentance of the campuses of Asbury College, you see: here’s the problem, here’s the solution,” Pastor Laurie explained. “And it was a parallel time when this story was happening.”

His sentiment was echoed by his co-panelist, Jon Erwin who co-directed the movie. He said that while he loves to entertain audiences, the story comes at such a great moment in time. He even attended the Asbury Revival, which filled him with hope. (LEARN MORE: Watch And Be Inspired By Asbury Revival’s Inter-Denominational Phenomenon)

Now is the moment to find your relationship with God

“Jesus Revolution” tells the true story of how Christ gave hope to and saved a generation. At a time when we need His word more than ever, this film couldn’t have come at a more important time.
